LG launched its new LG 3.0 Prada smartphone also known as LG Prada K2. This is the third smartphone which rolled out as part of the LG and Italian fashion label Prada partnership on the design level. The LG Prada K2 handset will have a 4.3 inch NOVA display with WVGA 480x800 pixels of resolution. Under the slim 8.5mm chassis, the LG 3.0 Prada handset runs a dual-core 1.0 GHz Texas Instruments OMAP 4430 mobile processor with PowerVR SGX 540 graphics and offers 8 GB onboard storage.It has 8 MP camera with auto focus and LED flash and capable of recording video at full 1080 HD resolution. It also has front facing 1.3 MP camera which is very suitable for video calling. LG Prada K2 is fully loaded with sensors like accelerometer, proximity sensor and compass. For wireless connectivity, it has 3G, WiFi as well as Bluetooth.

LG promises that the LG 3.0 would be upgradable to the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich whenever it is ready for the handset. LG has not clarified the availability and pricing of this handset. But coupled with Prada styling, expect to be very expensive.
